In the highly filled PVC flooring and wall panel productions process, the high content of CaCO3 produces a lot of frictional heat under the strong shear of the screw, which can easily lead to the decomposition of PVC and accelerate the wear of the screw. Adding too much lubrication will make the products brittle and reduce the physical properties.
